กำเนิด Latte Art Latte Art มีต้นกำเนิดจากประเทศอิตาลี ประเทศแห่งงานศิลปะ ที่มีผู้นิยมดื่มกาแฟมากที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งของโลก บาริสต้า (Barista) หรือคนชงกาแฟ ได้ถ่ายทอดจิตนาการของตัวเอง โดยสร้างสรรค์เป็นลวดลายและภาพต่างๆ อย่างงดงาม อันเป็นที่มาของลาเต้อาร์ต และจากความประทับใจในลวดลายอันสวยงามนี้ จึงทำให้ศิลปะบนฟองนมแพร่หลายไปยังประเทศต่างๆ และได้ความนิยมมาถึงปัจจุบัน “Latte Art” originated in Italy, like so many other arts. In this country, where people drink more coffee than most, the barista or coffee maler, has to be especially skilled and able to make each cup of coffee a work of art. From this, the idea of creating works at art in milk from and creama spread around the world.
เทคนิคการทำ Latte Art มี 2 แบบ คือ 1. Free Pouring คือเทคนิคการเทโฟมนมลงในน้ำกาแฟ ให้เกิดลวดลายรูปต่างๆ เช่น รูปใบไม้, รูปหัวใจ เป็นต้น 2. Etching คือการเทโฟมนมลงในถ้วยกาแฟ แล้วแต่งหน้าด้วยไซรัป หรือซอสรสชาติต่างๆ เช่น ซ๊อกโกแลต, สตอเบอรี่ และใช้อุปกรณ์ขีดหรือเขียนให้เป็นลวดลาย เช่น ลายก้นหอย, ลายใยแมงมุม There are two teachniques to create “Latte Art” 1. Free Pouring : The barista manipulates the flow of milk into the coffee, creating designs such as leave or heart. 2. Etching : Designs are drawn into the milk foam using utensils and powders or syrups.
